FAQ: How can I measure both a sleep current (single digit uA levels) and a higher current (single digit A) in one measurement sweep?

The N6780A series SMU power modules have a feature called seamless measurement ranging to do just this task. If you enable this feature, you can get an accurate measurement through this entire range. Note that the accuracy of the measurement is bandwidth-dependent. Refer to the Specifications Guide for bandwidth information.
